Escrow enables the buyer and the seller to transact business with each other through a neutral party, thereby minimizing their risk.
We at ESEConsultCorp. have the license Fiduciary Escrow Services and a special escrow bank account for rendering this service.

Whether you are the buyer, seller, lender or borrower, you want the assurance that no funds or property will change hands until all of the instructions in the transaction have been followed. In this case the guarantor of the transaction is an independent reliable bank and our legal company.
The fee for the escrow service and the bank assistance (in case of its bringing in1) is usually from 1 up to 5% of the transaction sum. Every case is examined individually. For example, if transaction sum is US $ 1 billion – our interest will be 0.032%. All the paper work and presentation of the agreement is our prerogative.
