- Constituent documents.
- Confirmation of authority of a single executive-administrative body.
- Letter of attorney for persons mentioned in the card and who are not single executive-administrative body.
- In case if the Russian Federation and a state of incorporation concluded “The Agreement of Avoidance of the Double Taxation” and a client wants to act within the bounds of this agreement he/she has to present documentations which prove his/her permanent place of residence in the state of incorporation.
- The bank card with the specimens signature of persons empowered and with the seal print.
