Pay for the Services

Terms and conditions of payments are based on our clients’ requests, marketing policy and legislation regulation.

The advance of 20-50% of a fixed fee has to be paid before getting the service or within short period after your service has been processed.
Full Payment is to be done after all the requirements are submitted.

For long-term tasks step-by-step payment system is settled. The client pays for the submitting of a certain requirements, achieving concrete intermediate results.

ESEConsultCorp. offers special advantageous conditions for our permanent clients.

Legal advice and representation services are paid basing on solar month (regarding individual approach).

In-payment Form

Taking into consideration the legislation system of Russian Federation the payments are cashless.

• Payment goes to our settlement account according to the payments agreement (ESEConsult.Corp makes a contract with the client to do the services, invoice, and documentation for the bank procedures).
• We accept payment by credit or debit cards (Visa/MC/Amex/Dinners Club/ACH).

In case you prefer to make payment by credit or debit cards, it is possible only after the full verification to avoid fraudulent operations.

In same cases for your convenience we accept payment by e-money (Webmoney) for that purpose we have individual certificate.

We avoid payments by other means not to face negative unpredictable taxation problems for our clients.

Payment can also be made by cash but in this case we have to make with you a special agreement with the additional conditions.
If payment is made by cash the client faces some limitations.

Sometimes for our clients’ convenience we have exception to the rule and take into consideration the most preferable way of payment for you.
