巴拿马国家护照获取服务

现有的有关获取巴拿马护照的法律条文是： Law 9 of June 24, 1987 (Published in the Official Gazette N?20835 of July 2, 1987) and the Executive Decree N?62 of August 4, 1987 (Published in the Official Gazette 20869 of August 20, 1987)

操作流程

1. 在巴拿马国家银行开启账户
2. 获取该国护照

在巴拿马国家银行开启账户所必要的文件有：

1. Three letters of commercial references - 不少于三封商业推荐信，其中需要两封以上出自于银行机构。
2. Three letters of personal reference - 不少于三封个人推荐信。
3. Two photocopies of the applicant’s passport - 申请人护照的扫描复印件（所有页面）。
4. Application Form of Opening of Account. This form can be obtained at any branch of the National Bank of Panama - 开启银行账户的申请表（我们提供填写样本格式)。
5. Application Form of Verification of References in the Panamanian Association of Credit (APC), independent of the nationality and the applicant’s home. This form should be completed by the applicant before an official of the National Bank, unless she/he confers Special Power to another person for the realization of this step - 对于推荐信上内容核实的申请表格（我们提供填写样本格式）。
6. Profile of the Client. This form should be completed by the applicant before an official of the National Bank, unless she/he confers Special Power to another person for the realization of this step - 申请人个人信息的表格（我们可以帮您填写）。

以上1-3点文件必须在就近的巴拿马领事馆公证或者是有外交部认证签章。

获取巴拿马护照所必要的文件有：

1. Certification by Banco Nacional de Panama that accredit that applicant to generate a minimum monthly income of only US $750.00 product of the interests of the time deposit - 由巴拿马国家银行出具的证明文件，证明申请人家庭每月总收入不少于750美元，而家庭每月人均收入不少于100美元。在此之前申请人必须拥有在巴拿马国家银行的存款账户，并在账户中存入200000美元以上的家庭总存款，而家庭人均存款在25000美元以上。存款账户的期限不少于五年。巴拿马银行的年利息是5.25%。您可以得到存款证明。
2. Good health certificate that indicated that the applicant do not suffer any disease - 健康证明书，确定申请人不存在严重的健康问题（我们提供样本格式）。
3. Two complete photocopies of passport or document valid for travel - 申请人护照所有页面的扫描复印件两份（必须是有效护照）。
4. Certificate of good conduct - 无犯罪记录证明。
5. Letter stating your parent’s name and nationality - 证明申请人父母姓名国籍的文件（我们提供样本格式）。
6. Sworn declaration - 申请人的正式声明书，并由法院公证（我们提供样本格式）。
7. Power of attorney - 给本公司驻巴拿马办事处的委托书，用于在巴拿马国家机构提供申请人信息（我们提供样本格式)。
8. Petition - 护照申请书（我们提供样本格式)。
9. Six photographs - 护照中使用的照片六张。如果您需要携同配偶，那么则需要结婚证书，如果携同未满18岁的子女，则需要其出生证明。

以上列举的所有文件必须要由就近巴拿马领事馆的公证或者外交部的认证签章。

每五年需要更新护照，更新护照的前提是必须在巴拿马国家银行延续存款账户。

在巴拿马国家银行开启账户以及获取护照时，申请人必须在巴拿马境内。我们保证签证的获取。（在特殊情况下我们公司负责领取护照）。
